GENERAL
- EdPlace gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by EdPlace Limited ("EdPlace") and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
VALIDITY AND EXPIRY
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or redeemed.
- The expiry date will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
REDEPTION
- Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the EdPlace Group Tuition platform (https://www.edplace.com/online-tuition) and are applicable towards KS3 Group Tuition courses only.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Gift cards can be used in conjunction with another EdPlace group tuition gift card, Gift card credit may be used for multiple bookings, up to the value of the gift card, prior to the expiry date.

Gift cards can be used in conjunction with additional discounts; Inclusive of both the sitewide discount; offering a saving of 5% on any two group tuition courses and 10% on any three within the same purchase, and discounts stated in emails sent such as earlybird repeat customer discount codes.
- If the value of your purchase exceeds the balance on the Gift Card(s), the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Gift cards for group tuition courses are redeemable subject to course availability and are applicable only for the courses specified on EdPlace tuition website.
REFUNDS
- After the 14 day cooling off period from the date of your payment, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.
- If a product or service purchased with a Gift Card is eligible for a refund under EdPlace’s refund policy, the refund will be issued in the form of credit back to the Gift Card or as an account credit, at EdPlace's discretion.
LIMITATIONS
- Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up after purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase an EdPlace content subscription. This limitation is applicable to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
FRAUD AND MISUSE
- EdPlace reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or suspend an account if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
- Any balance on a cancelled Gift Card may be forfeited.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- EdPlace reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the EdPlace website.
- Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.
